In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777no" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 777no online gaming and sports betting platform operating at 777no.pro, including all associated services, features, applications, and promotional programmes.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the 777no platform, browses the platform, or accesses any 777no service in any capacity.
• "Account" — the unique, personal account created by a player upon successful registration on 777no, used to access all platform services.
• "Balance" — the total amount of real-money PKR funds held in a player's 777no account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive-based funds credited to a player's account as part of a 777no promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required by 777no for identity confirmation, age verification, and anti-money-laundering compliance.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all 777no transactions are denominated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to or use of 777no is explicitly restricted under applicable law or 777no's licensing conditions.
• "Sports Betting" — the placement of wagers on the outcome of sporting events, including but not limited to cricket, boxing, football, and other markets available on the 777no platform.
• "Casino Games" — all non-sports-betting games available on the 777no platform, including live dealer tables, slot titles, and other RNG-based games.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777no governing your use of the platform. By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing 777no services, you unconditionally accept all terms set out herein.

These terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 777no, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter hereof. 777no reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

If you disagree with any provision of these terms at any time, your sole remedy is to immediately cease use of the 777no platform and close your account in accordance with the account closure procedures described in Section 4.

To register and maintain an account on 777no, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777no enforces strict age verification and does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 777no employee, or any person with access to non-public information regarding 777no's odds or systems.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 777no platform.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact 777no support immediately.

777no reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account without providing a reason, at its sole discretion. Where an account is closed prior to any misconduct finding, any genuine real-money balance held in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 777no account credentials. This includes choosing a strong, unique password, not sharing your login details with any third party, and logging out of your account when using shared or public devices. 777no will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 777no support immediately via live chat. 777no will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were not taken by the account holder.

777no may, at its discretion, require additional identity verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal capabilities, until verification is completed.

To request voluntary account closure, contact the 777no support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

777no accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from payment accounts owned by another person — are strictly prohibited and may be returned or forfeited at 777no's discretion. This rule applies to all payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT.

All deposits are processed in PKR. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit in the 777no cashier interface. 777no does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 777no accepts no responsibility.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 777no account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take between 15 and 60 minutes depending on your banking institution's processing times. USDT deposits are credited upon one blockchain network confirmation.

All deposited funds are held in segregated player funds accounts, separate from 777no's operational capital. This structure ensures that player balances are protected and available for withdrawal regardless of 777no's financial position.

Withdrawal requests on 777no are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, up to the value of that deposit. Any excess winnings above the deposited amount may be withdrawn via the player's verified primary payment method. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering through the 777no platform.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the player's account must have completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play normally but will be required to submit verification documents before their first withdrawal is released. KYC documents accepted by 777no include:

• Valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both sides
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., JazzCash or EasyPaisa registered number confirmation)

Standard withdrawal processing time at 777no is within 30 minutes for verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfers may take up to 2 banking hours. 777no does not charge withdrawal fees, though individual banks and mobile wallet providers may apply their own transfer charges.

777no reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Current withdrawal limits are displayed within the 777no cashier section and may be updated from time to time. Players who have earned VIP status may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits — contact support for details.

777no offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus rules applicable to all 777no promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal).
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that have not been completed by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Check each promotion's specific game contribution table.
• One active bonus: Only one bonus may be active at any time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse detection: 777no's systems monitor for bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Accounts identified as engaging in such behaviour may have bonuses removed and accounts suspended.

All bets placed on the 777no sports betting platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules and market-specific settlement criteria are published in the 777no Help Centre and take precedence over these general provisions in respect of the sport or market to which they apply.

Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 777no system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not binding on 777no. 777no reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Odds changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. If the odds on a selection change between the time a player submits a bet and the time the bet is processed, 777no will notify the player of the new odds and the player may choose to accept or reject the revised odds. Bets submitted at incorrect odds due to technical errors are void.

Event cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum period required for settlement (as specified in the relevant sport rules), bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds movements reflecting live match developments. 777no's in-play betting system may delay bet acceptance to manage pricing accuracy during high-action periods such as wickets, goals, or penalties. This is a normal feature of in-play betting and not an error.

Maximum winnings: 777no applies maximum win limits on individual bets and daily accumulated winnings. Current limits are published in the 777no betting rules documentation. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum will be capped at the applicable limit.

The 777no casino section includes live dealer games, RNG-based table games, and a library of over 800 slot titles from licensed third-party game providers. All casino games are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and operate using regulated Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable.

Live casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Game outcomes in live casino titles are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheel, dice) operated by trained dealers under controlled studio conditions. Game malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a casino game session, the affected round will be voided and the bet stake returned to the player's account. 777no will not be liable for any loss of winnings arising from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

Third-party game providers: Some games on the 777no platform are provided by third-party software studios. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, the relevant game provider's own terms may apply to specific titles. These additional terms are accessible within the game interface where applicable.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777no platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances (including winnings), and may result in referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed on 777no.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 777no.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage, including the use of discovered odds pricing errors.
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, matched betting rings, or any systematic exploitation of 777no's promotional terms.
• Attempting to launder money or use the 777no platform for any illegal financial transaction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777no staff or other players via any communication channel.

777no is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care towards its player community seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable way to generate income, and no betting system or strategy can guarantee consistent winnings. Players should only gamble with funds they can comfortably afford to lose.

777no provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each playing session. You will receive a notification when your time limit is approaching.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777no platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any 777no content without express written permission.
• Use 777no's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner not explicitly authorised by 777no.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract odds data, game content, or other data from the 777no platform.
• Create derivative works based on 777no's platform design or content.

Any unauthorised use of 777no's intellectual property may result in legal action. To request permission to use 777no's brand assets for any legitimate purpose, contact the 777no team at support@777no.pro.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777no's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777no account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777no shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits, whether or not such loss was foreseeable.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances outside 777no's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind .
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the 777no platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.

777no does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. 777no will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 777no's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

777no reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777no will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The version of the Terms & Conditions displayed on this page at any given time represents the current, binding version. The effective date and version number at the top of this document will be updated upon each revision. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
